At Suntouristik, we are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or need to cancel your booking, please review the refund policy outlined below.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the Customer:

More than 30 days before the tour date: A full refund, minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., bank fees, third-party service costs).

  • 15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.

Cancellations by Suntouristik:

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.


Refund Process

To request a refund, please reach out to us at [your email address] with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Attraction tickets
  • Special event tickets
  • Custom and personalized tours
  • Any additional services or products that are specifically marked as non-refundable during the booking process.

Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications: Changes to your booking (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your booking to another person if you notify us at least 15 days before the tour date. The new participant must meet all the terms and conditions for the tour.
